Add Company Information to Zoho Invoice

Zoho Invoice is a cloud-based invoicing software. It helps small businesses and freelancers manage invoicing and billing needs.  It offers a user-friendly interface with features that simplify the creation, sending, and tracking of invoices.  One of Zoho Invoice’s features is that it allows users to create professional and customizable invoices. Zoho Invoice provides several pre-designed templates that can be customized to reflect your business.  This allows businesses to create professional looking invoices.  You can add your company information, choose color schemes, and format layouts to create professional-looking invoices.

In this article,  we will show you how you can add your company information to customize your invoices.  Accurate company information on invoices is not just a matter of simple administrative formality,  it is an essential component for maintaining clear communication, ensuring compliance, and fostering trust between businesses and their clients. The details included in an invoice, such as company name, contact information and registration numbers.  

The first thing to do is to open your web browser and go to the Zoho Invoice login page.  If you don’t have a Zoho account,  you can sign up for free by going to their sign up page.  The free account allows you to create 500 invoices per year ( If you need more,  you can upgrade to a paid version called Zoho Books ).  

Next, you need to login to your account.   You need to update your company profile,  this is where you will add your company information.  

1 To update your company profile,  click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the 

screen and select Organization Profile.  

In Zoho Invoice, the organizational profile contains several key fields that provide important details about your business. These fields help personalize your invoices and ensure that clients have the correct information for communication, payment, and legal purposes. Once on the organizational profile page,  you will see a form to add your company information.  The information in red with an asterisk are mandatory fields that must be filled out.  Even though fields such as address, phone number,  fax and websites aren’t mandatory,  if you have the information,  fill it out,  not everything here will be shown.  At the bottom of the page,  there is a section for additional fields,  this is where you would add license information or any other information that you would want your clients to see. 

1  Once you have your company information filled out,  scroll to the bottom and click on the blue Save Button.
Filling out the Organization Profile in Zoho Invoice is an essential step that directly impacts the functionality, professionalism, and efficiency of your invoicing process. The Organization Profile is where you input key details about your company, including your name, address, contact information, tax identification numbers, logo, and more.
