Add Company Logo to Zoho Invoice

The first thing to do is to open your web browser and go to the Zoho Invoice login page. If you don’t have a Zoho account, you can sign up for free by going to their sign up page. The free account allows you to create 500 invoices per year ( If you need more, you can upgrade to a paid version called Zoho Books ).
Next, you need to login to your account. You need to update your company profile, this is where you will add your logo.
1 To update your company profile, click on the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen and select Organization Profile.
Once on the organizational profile page, you will see on the top part of the form, a button to upload your logo. The logo’s recommended size is 240 x 240 pixels at 72 dpi per Zoho Invoice FAQ.
2 Click on Upload Your Organization Logo to bring up the upload page. In the upload page, browse to where your logo is and select your company logo to upload.
Zoho Invoice limits you to only adding the logo to the top left corner of your invoice but we will show you how to place your logo in the top center or top right of your invoice. Once you have followed the steps to add / position your company logo, you will need to activate the custom invoice.
1 Click on the blue Save button on the top right of the screen. After you click Save, the screen will bring you back to the templates page.
2 To set the customized invoice to the default invoice, click on Invoices under Templates in the middle column.
3 Hover over the template that you just customized and click on the gear icon that appears.
4 From the pop up menu, click on Set As Default. Once that is done, you can start using your new invoice by clicking on Back above Settings on the top left part of the screen.
